Product details

The TLL type desulfurization submersible pump is a new vertical desulfurization pump developed by our company based on the characteristics of flue gas desulfurization pumps in China, and carefully researched by absorbing advanced technology from similar domestic products. Mainly used for conveying slurry containing solid particles, with a slurry concentration of ≤ 50%, a conveyed medium temperature of -20~80 ℃, no need for shaft seal water, and a liquid depth of ≤ 5.5m. It is widely used for discharging slurry from desulfurization system pits and tanks.

structural style The TLL desulfurization submersible pump adopts a single pump shell vertical structure, and the extended vertical desulfurization pump can meet various working conditions. Applicable working conditions TLL desulfurization liquid pump:
Slurry pH value: 2.5-13
Chloride ion concentration: ≤ 60000ppm
Weight concentration: ≤ 60%
Medium concentration: ≤ 120℃ Performance and material characteristics High pump efficiency, long service life, and reliable operation
The overcurrent components are made of all metal wear-resistant chromium nickel alloy material, which balances wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The surface gap is small, and it has excellent resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking and higher mechanical strength.
High operational reliability, all metal pumps overcome the characteristics of non-metallic pump liners that are more prone to detachment, tearing, and deformation.
Low hydraulic friction loss, more than 3% higher efficiency than non-metallic pumps with the same parameters
The geometric dimensions of the all metal pump are easy to control and ensure, the surface smoothness of the parts is high, the clearance between the parts is small, the solvent efficiency is high, and the comprehensive efficiency is more than 5% higher than that of non-metallic pumps.
The overcurrent components have a long service life, and the metal protective plate has a stronger ability to withstand shear and sliding than general non-metallic materials, and can withstand long-term shear wear.
